New collection SS24 - Postcards from paradise

It's finally time – the new collection is here! All of us at MarMar are so excited to share the collection, Postcards from Paradise, and the thoughts behind it, with you.

PS: the dog on the stamp is my dog ​​Arthur, and the number 16 is because MarMar is celebrating 16 years of long-lasting children's fashion with this collection – woop woop!

When I was making the collection, I came across some pictures of old postcards, and it sparked a million ideas in me: of all the places you could send a greeting from - a thought to someone you care about. Of course it could be from a holiday destination, a summer house, the beach - but also from everyday places, like a trip to your favourite bakery, the playground or from your new children's room. The list is long, and what they all have in common is that they are all places where you can use something from our new collection.

So dear friend, I can't wait for you to see everything I've designed for you. Obviously, I haven't done it all alone - my team is, as always, crucial in bringing it all to life, but you know that!

I know you love all things organic, so there's a lot of that! And you like fun and original things, like me, so look for the quirky details too.

High quality, it goes without saying when we make it for you ♡ I've made sure you have something for every occasion and the colors, well I think they're amazing.

With Drop 1, I'm sharing the first postcard of the season with you. The collection comes in 4 drops – including swimwear that comes with Drop 2, so you can be ready for exotic vacation destinations or fun at your local swimming pool.

There's also a drop dedicated to spring outerwear, with a fantastic mix of classic and new styles and qualities. Perfect for days with soft sunshine on winter cheeks, occasional rain showers and icy winds. But more on that in a later postcard.

We photographed the collection together with three equally beautiful and talented women, Natalia Horinkova in Portugal, Katya Sinkovskaya in Sweden and Sofie Helsted in Denmark – it makes sense how all that can make for beautiful postcards, right?!

Regardless, it will be cold for a while yet here in Denmark and that's perfect, because it means the weather invites layering and that way, you can wear all your new favorites at once 🤪
