Light Puffer Details

Light Puffers from MarMar Copenhagen are warm, lightweight and IDLF Downpass certified. With 90% down and 10% from geese and ducks, which makes Light Puffers outerwear we are really proud of, because the more down, the higher the quality!

Our Light Puffers are breathable and water-repellent. They are treated with BIONIC-FINISH® ECO impregnation spray, which makes them water-repellent, without the use of harmful chemicals. They are Oeko-tex® Standard 100 certified, which is your guarantee that there are no harmful substances in any part of our clothing.

They have matching details and quality zippers from YKK with the groundbreaking QuickFree functionality. The zipper is larger and therefore suitable for children's clothing, as it helps children to open and close the zipper more easily themselves. The zipper can also be opened by pulling on the clothing on both sides of the zipper, without pulling down on the zipper itself. QuickFreeTM Zipper won the "Prime Minister Award", which is the Grand Prize of Kids Design Award, in 2018.

Danish Design

All our Light Puffer styles are designed with detail and functionality in mind. Lightweight, practical and easy to carry. The outer material and lining are made of soft polyester that matches the color, trimmed with matching YKK zippers and soft elastics.

Responsibility

All our down products contain registered Down Pass feathers and down. They are certified according to IDLF Laboratory and Institutes DOWNPASS, which guarantees the quality, traceability and ethical sourcing of feathers and down.

Comfort and warmth

Our puffs have a mix of certified 90% down and 10% feathers from geese and ducks. This makes them extremely soft, and the down percentage is a sign of high quality. Down feathers are small, warm and soft.

Water-repellent surface without harmful chemicals

We impregnate with BIONIC-FINISH® ECO, which makes it water and dirt repellent without the use of harmful fluorine substances. The impregnation is sprayed onto the outer fabric and makes it water and dirt repellent.

We recommend washing the outerwear only if necessary. Light dirt can be removed with a damp cloth. This way the impregnation is best preserved.

No harmful chemicals

All of our Light Puffer styles are Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified. This is your guarantee that there are no harmful substances in any part of the garment.

Care guide

Our Light Puffer styles are impregnated with BIONIC-FINISH® ECO, a fluorine-free water-repellent treatment. To protect the environment, unnecessary washing should be avoided. Light dirt can be easily removed with a damp cloth, thereby maintaining the impregnation for a longer period of time.

Depending on how much the clothing is used, it is recommended to treat with an impregnation spray to maintain the fabric's water-repellent surface and extend the life of the clothing.
