Shipping & Delivery

MarMar Copenhagen offers free shipping on orders over 600,- DKK with delivery in Denmark. Orders under 600,- DKK are shipped with shipping prices starting at 29,- DKK.

Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and the delivery time from the time the package is shipped is typically 1-2 days. However, longer delivery times may occur during sale periods. MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for delays during delivery. The responsibility lies with the carrier.

Customers paying by credit card will be subject to validation, and MarMar Copenhagen reserves the right to delay the delivery of an order if we believe that additional security checks are needed.

All Danish orders are shipped with DAO, Bring, PostNord, Burd* or Instabox from our warehouse in Denmark. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package is on its way.

*Burd same-day evening delivery: Order before 8 am (weekdays, Monday – Friday) and receive delivery in the evening between 6 pm – 10 pm. Please note that Burd same-day evening delivery is only available in selected cities.

Delivery to parcel shop

If your order is delivered to a parcel shop, please remember to pick it up before returning it. Costs associated with return shipping are paid by you and are not covered by MarMar Copenhagen.

During busy periods, situations may arise where the shipping company is forced to deliver to another parcel shop due to space problems.

Changing or canceling orders before shipping

Unfortunately, it is only possible to make changes or cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone:
