Terms & Conditions

The following general terms and conditions relate to the offering and sale of products on the website www.marmarcopenhagen.dk , which is owned and maintained by Dallas ApS, Tirsbækvej 7, 2720 Vanløse, CVR no. 41271442

Order

MarMar Copenhagen's webshop is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. The website may be temporarily down due to maintenance. You must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can have an adult order for you.


How to shop at marmarcopenhagen.dk:
  1. Find the product you want, then click "Add to Cart".
  2. Once the desired products have been added to your shopping cart, you can click on the shopping cart icon and the “View cart” button in the top right corner to view the contents of the cart or go directly to check out.
  3. Continue the purchase process by clicking "Checkout", where you can fill in your contact information such as name, delivery address, etc.
  4. Check if your delivery address is correct and then select a shipping method.
  5. Once you have chosen the desired payment method (debit card or mobile pay), click on "Review order", where you have the opportunity to check one last time that all information is correct.
  6. Finally, click the "Confirm purchase" button, and you have made a binding agreement to purchase the items you have selected.
  7. Once we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount of the order. We will not charge your card at this time, but the amount may be reserved on your account. This is a normal process with banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not authorized, your order will not be processed further and we will contact you by email with further information.
  8. Immediately after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, including the terms and conditions of your order. When we ship your order, the amount will be charged to your credit card.

Payment

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Maestro. You can also pay with MobilePay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Reservation of amount:

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

  1. We will deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
  2. The money will be released according to the agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

Payment will not be charged to your card until your order leaves our warehouse.


We do not charge credit card fees. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than what has been authorized by you.


Shipping and delivery in Denmark

MarMar Copenhagen offers free shipping on orders over 600,- DKK with delivery in Denmark. Orders under 600,- DKK are shipped with shipping prices starting at 29,- DKK.

If your items are in stock, your order will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days - from the time we receive your order in the system. However, during sales periods, longer processing times may occur. However, all customers paying by credit card will be subject to validation, and MarMar Copenhagen reserves the right to delay the delivery of an order if we believe that additional security checks are needed.

All Danish orders are shipped with DAO, Bring, PostNord, Burd* or Instabox from our warehouse in Denmark. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package is on its way. You can usually expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days from the time the package is shipped from our warehouse.

*Burd same-day evening delivery: Order before 8 am (weekdays, Monday – Friday) and receive delivery in the evening between 6 pm – 10 pm. Please note that Burd same-day evening delivery is only available in selected cities.


Changing or canceling orders before shipping

Unfortunately, MarMar Copenhagen can only make changes or cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or phone:

Right of withdrawal

MarMar Copenhagen offers a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify us within 30 days of receipt by writing to shop@marmar.dk .

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product no later than 14 days after notifying us that you want to withdraw the purchase.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the order without notifying us at the same time.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs if you regret parts of your purchase.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.


Return

MarMar Copenhagen accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we have been notified that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Please send us an email regarding your return request at shop@marmar.dk.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. Damage caused during transport is your responsibility. If the goods are not received in their original condition and packaging, we may make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods. Make sure that the goods are in the correct polybag (Sticker on the bag matches the sticker on the item's hangtag).

Always remember to save your shipping receipt. Lost return packages are not MarMar Copenhagen's responsibility.

Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies, for example, to very large orders. The cost of returning these items is expected to be a maximum of DKK 500.

You have the following return options:

  1. You are responsible for postage and choice of carrier.
  2. You use our returns portal and return label

Return option no. 1:

The costs of returning the product are yours to bear and you choose the carrier. Please print and fill out our return form. HERE , which must be enclosed with the return package.

We only accept packages sent directly to the above address and therefore you must choose business delivery. Packages sent to parcel shops, drop-offs or collection points will not be accepted. We recommend sending returns with track and trace.

Return option no. 2:

You purchase a return label via our returns portal. HERE . The price for a return label is 36 DKK. After creating the return in our portal, you will receive an email with the return label/code to be attached to the package.

When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. Damage caused during transport is your responsibility. If the goods are not received in their original condition and packaging, we may make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods.

In the return package, you must include a completed return form - download it HERE .

Always remember to save your shipping receipt. Lost return packages are not MarMar Copenhagen's responsibility.

    Return of product(s) from promotional offers

    Returning items from an order with a free gift:

    If your returned items cause your order total to fall below the amount needed to qualify for a free gift, please return the gift with the items. If the gift is not returned, the original price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

    Returning items from a 3-for-2 offer:

    When returning items purchased with a 3-for-2 offer, the entire offer must normally be returned together. If you choose to return parts of the offer and keep some items, the discount will be forfeited upon refund. This means that you will pay full price for the items you choose to keep.

    Have you received a gift from MarMar Copenhagen?

    If you have received a gift from MarMar Copenhagen that you wish to return, the amount will be refunded to the buyer's payment card. Unfortunately, we cannot return the amount to another account number - if you would like a refund, please contact the gift giver. Alternatively, in some cases we can offer a gift code for the amount, which will be sent directly to you as the gift recipient. Please contact us by email before returning the gift if you would like this solution.

    Exchange

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please place a new order on our webshop. Please return the item you do not wish to keep to our warehouse.


    The condition of the item when you return it

    If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

    We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
    If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

    Refund

    As soon as we have received your return package, we will refund your purchase amount including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer).

    Please note that a full refund cannot be given if the item is depreciated, in which case we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

    The amount will be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase.

    We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

    We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.


    Right of complaint

    When you shop at MarMar Copenhagen, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.

    We want all our customers to receive high quality products. Should you, contrary to expectations, receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you are very welcome to contact us.

    If your order was placed on our website marmarcopenhagen.dk, we ask you to submit your complaint via this link . Your case will be processed within a few business days.

    If your product was purchased in a store or online from one of our retailers, please contact the place of purchase who will help resolve the problem.

    If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

    You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

    If you are entitled to a refund, this will take place within 14 days after we have approved the complaint. If the complaint is justified and you have sent the item back to us, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.


    Prices

    Prices are shown in DKK kroner and include 25% Danish VAT.
    Customers shopping outside the EU must accept local taxes and may be subject to charges for which MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible.

    Privacy Policy

    We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our Privacy Policy , which explains how we use the personal data you provide in connection with ordering procedures and your general use of the website.

    We need the following information when you shop with us:
    Name, address, telephone number and email address.

    We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.

    The personal data is registered with Dallas ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

    We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

    We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

    The data controller at marmarcopenhagen.dk is Dallas ApS. You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at shop@marmar.dk.

    Access to complaints

    If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact shop@marmar.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus .

    In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

    When you shop at an e-labeled webshop, you can have your case processed free of charge - regardless of the amount. Read more here .

    Trademark and copyright

    All product designs, product names and content on marmarcopenhagen.dk are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without the prior written permission of MarMar Copenhagen ApS. These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law and any dispute relating to this website, its services or terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of Denmark.
