Return

MarMar Copenhagen accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we have been notified that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Please send us an email regarding your return request at shop@marmar.dk. We offer extended return policy on all orders placed from November 1, 2024. The return policy is valid until January 17, 2025.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. Damage caused during transport is your responsibility. If the goods are not received in their original condition and packaging, we may make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods. Make sure that the goods are in the correct polybag (Sticker on the bag matches the sticker on the hangtag of the goods).

Always remember to save your shipping receipt. Lost return packages are not MarMar Copenhagen's responsibility.

Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies, for example, to very large orders. The cost of returning these items is expected to be a maximum of DKK 500.

You have the following return options:

  1. You are responsible for postage and choice of carrier.
  2. You use our returns portal and return label

Return option no. 1:

Return costs are borne by you and you choose the carrier. Please print and fill out our return form HERE , which must be included with the return package.

We only accept packages sent directly to the above address and therefore you must choose business delivery. Packages sent to parcel shops, drop-offs or collection points will not be accepted. We recommend sending returns with track and trace.

Return option no. 2:

You purchase a return label via our return portal HERE . The price for a return label is DKK 36. After creating the return in our portal, you will receive an email with the return label/code to be attached to the package.

Return of product(s) from promotional offers

Returning items from an order with a free gift:

If your returned items cause your order total to fall below the amount needed to qualify for a free gift, please return the gift with the items. If the gift is not returned, the original price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Returning items from a 3-for-2 offer:

When returning items purchased with a 3-for-2 offer, the entire offer must normally be returned together. If you choose to return parts of the offer and keep some items, the discount will be forfeited upon refund. This means that you will pay full price for the items you choose to keep.

Have you received a gift from MarMar Copenhagen?

If you have received a gift from MarMar Copenhagen that you wish to return, the amount will be refunded to the buyer's payment card. Unfortunately, we cannot return the amount to another account number - if you would like a refund, please contact the gift giver. Alternatively, in some cases we can offer a gift code for the amount, which will be sent directly to you as the gift recipient. Please contact us by email before returning the gift if you would like this solution.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order on our webshop. The item you do not wish to keep must be returned to our warehouse. Above you can read about the different return options.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund

Once we have received your return package, it will be processed as soon as possible. The return amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for the purchase.

Please note that a full refund cannot be given if the goods are depreciated, in which case we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

Complaint

If you have received an item that is damaged (defective stitching, torn, stained, hole or similar), please submit a complaint HERE .

If the item was purchased from a retailer, the complaint must be processed by the retailer.
