How to choose the right size
Sizes indicate both age/height
The size is chosen based on the child's height. The age is indicative as children grow at different rates.
You should also check the size based on the waist and hip measurements.
Single sizes. The sizes vary 6 cm in height from size to size.
Our sizes fit the height +/- one ½ size.
Ex. size 5y/110cm fits height 107cm-113cm.
Double sizes. Double sizes jump 12 cm in height from size to size.
Double size is used on products with good roominess, flexibility and stretchability, where the clothing adapts more easily to the child's size, e.g. on outerwear, knitwear and underwear.
The possibility of growth has been taken into account in the design of the clothing.
Double size, e.g. 4/5y 104/110cm is closest to the largest size.
Measurements should be taken directly on the child's body.
- Height is measured from the top of the head to the floor.
- The girth is measured around the chest with 1 finger under the measuring tape.
- Waist circumference is measured around the waist with 1 finger under the measuring tape.
- Hip width is measured around the buttocks at the widest point with 1 finger under the measuring tape.
- Arm length is measured from top of shoulder to wrist with arm slightly bent.
- Inside leg length is measured from crotch to floor
- Head circumference is measured around the head above the ears.
